How do I know that my order had been received?

All order will receive a confirmation message from us. If you hear no news from us within two working days. please call us at (+65) 6447 2531 , or fax us at (+65) 6447 4738 or e-mail

All Prices listed are in Singapore Dollar unless otherwise stated.

Prices listed are not applicable for Festive period unless otherwise specified.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Thirty-six hours advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation, otherwise a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the purchase price will be imposed.  No cancellation is allowed on date of delivery or if delivery was attempted.

The privacy and security guarantee? (.....more details)

When you order from Blossoms & Leaves we collect the following information: your name, telephone number, email address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), products purchased, any relevant promotion code and information (gift certificate redemption code, for example) and, if relevant, the recipient's name, address and telephone number. Information you enter is collected even if you cancel or do not complete an order

Customer can rest assured that whatever information's given to us will be treated with the strictest confident.

We use information we collect from you to process your orders, to provide an enhanced and more personalized shopping experience and to inform you of offers and discounts.

We will not disclose, sell, exchange or trade with any parties the information's collected.

What if I am not satisfy with the quality of the item I choose?

We aims to give full assurance on customer satisfaction for every service provided. We guarantee that our items are of best quality.

If you are not satisfy with our item for any reason, we will replace you a similar item to the full value of the order.

We will try our very best to fulfilled your request. In certain case, where stock is unavailable. We reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the quality and value of your order. Please refer to our Substitution Policy for details

When are the Festive period whereby your prices differ?

We generally try to keep our prices fixed even during Festive period, however, due to a shortage of supply, prices during the week prior to a holidays may be increased

Our prices is valid for the day of delivery, as such ordering in advance of an anticipated holiday will not result in lower price, we will still billed you on the prices effective for the date of delivery.

  • Christmas Week: 19th December to 24th December

  • Christmas Day: 25th December

  • Lunar New Year Week : One week prior to the 1st Day of Chinese New Year.

  • Valentine Week: 8th February to 13th February

  • Valentine Day: 14th February

When can my order be delivered?

We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions.  Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.

How do I know if my order got fine delivered?

You may inquire into the status of any existing order by calling customer service at 1-6447-2531 or you may e-mail us at

Please have your confirmation number available for prompt service. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.

Floral Deliveries to Singapore

In Singapore, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (Saturday - refer to our schedule). Orders received after that time may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and Public holidays. We cannot guarantee same-day delivery during peak floral delivery periods including Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.

Floral Order Delivery Times

Deliveries are make normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM), we are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but they cannot be guaranteed.

International Floral Deliveries

Due to the various time zones between countries, same day delivery is not available. Next business day delivery is available to most areas for orders received by 12 noon SGT. We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received two business days in advance.

Holiday Delivery Information

Due to increased volume of floral and gift orders being delivered during peak holiday periods, most florists require flexible delivery dates during these times. For this reason we cannot offer our same-day delivery service during the following major floral holiday periods: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day. When will the order be delivered, what time?

We do not have any deliver time guarantee, unless for funeral and weddings.  Order will be deliver during regular business hours unless otherwise stated in our online form.  If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time, please indicate in the 'special instruction' column,  The delivery time requested is not guaranteed, but we will do our utmost to meet your delivery time request.

What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?

We will attempt delivery and try to reach the recipient later by phone, if provided.  In the absence of the addressee, the florist making the delivery is authorized to leave with a reliable third-party (e.g. a neighbor, receptionist, porter, funeral parlor, etc) deemed suitable for passing on the flowers to the addressee.

Our delivery personnel may choose to:

  • Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.

  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.

  • Call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time, telephone of recipient must be provided.

  • If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.

What if your site do not have the selection I want? Can I still make a purchase?

Customer could either email us a picture of what they wants, or they can let us know the type of flowers, type of arrangement etc that they preferred and we can give customer a quote before they purchase.

Alternatively, customer can give us their budget and we can work out a suitable arrangement or bouquet for the customer.  A quote will be provided before customer make a purchase

Do you replaced natural flowers or foliage with non-natural?

We used all natural flowers or foliage in our arrangement or bouquet, replacement is never used to replaced a natural items with one which is non-natural.

When we do used non-natural flowers or foliage in our arrangement, it is used to enhance or add value to the arrangement, rather then to replace a non available items.

For example, in a vegetative design, dried twigs and accessories like bird nest, pine cones or even sea shell etc may be used, but these items are added merely to enhance or accent the arrangement.  Or in a bouquet, a teddy bear or a soft toys may be included as an add-on items.  Or balloons or mylar may be used to accent an arrangement but never used to replace the focal point of an arrangement.

Our designer will never replaced a rose or tulips or sunflower, simply because he do not have the items, in such situation, we will applied our well publicized substitution guidelines to the arrangement.

In short, if you sees in a mixed arrangement sunflower as the feature flowers, you will not expect to see a non-natural sunflower when the arrangement arrived.  If non-natural items is used, it will be advised before hand.

What are the conditions for hotel deliveries?

Kindly enter the following details: Full name and address of the hotel - telephone number of hotel (if available), Room number (if available), Name of the tour operator (if available...and lastly, state the full name of the recipient as registered in the hotel.  The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hotel.

What are the conditions for hospital deliveries

Please enter the following details: Full name and address of the hospital, telephone number of the hospital (if available), Ward/Room/Bed Number, Maiden name of the recipient if order goes to the maternity ward... and last but not least, state the full name of the recipient.  The delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the hospital.  Kindly note that some hospitals do not permit to have flowers delivered to the intensive care.   In this case, delivery is only granted to the reception desk of the ward.
